Issue in Word 2016 nella visualizzazione del contenuto delle tabelle

Dopo l’installazione di alcuni aggiornamenti di Word 2016 il contenuto di celle di tabelle unite non viene visualizzato, se la tabella contiene celle unite anche il contenuto di alcune altre celle non unite può non venire visualizzato. Il contenuto viene visualizzato se si imposta la modalità di visualizzazione Struttura o Bozza, mentre i contenuti non vengono mai visualizzati in anteprima di stampa e non vengono stampanti.

Gli aggiornamenti responsabili di tale problema sono i seguenti:

• August 8, 2017, update for Word 2016 (KB3213656)
• September 5, 2017, update for Word 2016 (KB4011039)

Come indicato nel post del team di supporto Office giapponese Word 2016 対象の 2017 年 8 月の更新プログラム e nella discussione Office\Word 2016 – Text missed from tables cell after KB4011039 sul forum Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365 ProPlus – IT Pro Discussions al momento non si sa quando verrrà rilasciato un aggiornamento correttivo e l’indicazione è quella di disinstallare gli aggiornamenti KB3213656 e KB1044039 e/o bloccarne il deploy tramite WSUS se si è soggetti al problema.

Di seguito le indicazioni di Winnie Liang (Microsoft Contingent Staff) sul forum:

“Currently, please try to uninstall KB4011039 for the affected Word 2016 application as a workaround. I have helped to submit this feedback to Word team. It may need some time to release a fix on it. Your patience is highly appreciated.”

Riguardo all’issue l’11 settembre 2017 è stato pubblicato l’articolo After installing KB 3213656 or KB 4011039, merged table cells don’t work correctly in Word or Outlook in cui viene annunciato che verrà rilasciata una fix il 3 ottobre 2017:

ISSUE

After installing the August 8, 2017, update for Word 2016 (KB3213656) or the September 5, 2017, update for Word 2016 (KB4011039), you may encounter the following issues:

• If you merge vertical cells in a table, the cell content disappears, and you can’t select the merged cell.
• If you open an existing document that has a table with merged cells, the cells will appear to be blank.

This issue occurs only for those who receive Office 2016 updates using Windows Installer technology (MSI). If you have a Click-to-Run edition of Office, such as Office 365 Personal, you won’t encounter this issue.

STATUS: WORKAROUND

As a workaround, you can uninstall both KBs and your tables will return to normal. We anticipate releasing the fix for this issue in the next monthly update, tentatively scheduled for October 3, 2017.
