Outlook 2016 issue durante aggiunta data file
Come segnalato nella KB3143950 – Error 0x8000ffff adding a data file in the Mail applet in Outlook 2016 se si prova ad aggiungere un file dati tramite l’applet Posta elettronica del Pannello di controllo verrà restituito l’errore 0x8000ffff.
Sempre come riportato nella KB3143950 è possibile ovviare al problema aggiungendo il file dati utilizzando Outlook 2016:
To work around this issue, add the data file in Account Settings in Outlook 2016 by following these steps.
- Open Outlook 2016.
- On the File tab click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings.
- On the Data Files tab, click Add.
- Add the data file as needed, and then click OK.
Click Close on the Account Settings window.
